In my 10+ years on Booking never have I met with so much DISRISPECT toward a customer from the hotel owner, to the point, where I was THREATENED with legal actions if I leave an honest review of the facility, due to the Parking fee dispute. Ridiculous. 1 - Terrible customer service, there was no one in this "hotel", its a ghost town. No one on the check in, no one on the check out. Only angry Italian who does not know any English and communicates through whats-app. This leads to confusion and misunderstandings hence you may end up paying wat more than you think. Online check-in had no relevant information's (screenshot attached) 2 - DIRT - we arrived to a room where AC was full of mold and dirt, and the sink was clogged. Once I raised this issue some guy came over and cleaned it, rather poorly. Not only we still had to use dirty AC with mold in it (no filter has been exchanged), it smelled like chemicals till the end of our stay. It was very unhealthy for our kids. Considering the room has NO WINDOW we had no other choice then to use it anyway. 3 - Clogged sink was never fixed (photos attached). It was supposed to be fixed "tomorrow" and yet it was still clogged when we were checking out. Not only that, shower was clogging quickly as well which means there was more serious issue. We paid some serious money for this room! 4 - There were no amenities, not a single glass, nothing 5 - Fridge was small and working poorly, it was not capable of cooling down water, keeping room temperature at most 6 - POOL was a huge disappointment. This is some kid sized pool, with 4-5 people in it it already felt uncomfortable, crowded, due to its tiny size 7 - Location - its 10-15 minutes walk from the city center, however the road has no sidewalk. Walking with kids with cars and scooters passing by constantly was uncomfortable. Without kids its def. less of a problem. 8 - Ants

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean upon arrival and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent—within walking distance to the city center, the beach, and the train station, which made getting around very convenient.

However, there were a couple of small issues during our stay. On two mornings, room service came one hour earlier than the time indicated, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, although we stayed for four nights, our towels and bed sheets were not changed during that time.

We had a room with the terrace and it was lovely. The staff were very nice and the views were stunning.

everything was very good! the room and bathroom was clean and you can easily reach the city center of Tropea.
