The front desk staff were genuinely kind, professional and helpful whenever we reported an issue. They tried to assist and offered a room change and complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, even though these solutions did not resolve the overall experience.

Unfortunately, the room condition and housekeeping standards were far below what we expected for the price and the hotel’s Booking rating. Our first room was outdated, had an unpleasant smell and did not match the Booking photos. After changing rooms, we faced repeated problems: blocked shower drains with hair and water leaking onto the floor, a non-working safe, TV issues, a missing TV in the living room, a faulty key card and dirty towels left in the room. There was also a cockroach found in the other room. Breakfast was also one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I have experienced. We were a group of eight people, and everyone shared the same opinion: the selection, quality and overall standard were very disappointing. We user GRAB a lot :) The hotel acknowledged the issues, but the problems continued throughout the stay. High occupancy should not affect basic cleanliness, maintenance or room standards.
