Delucxe or twin executive room was little better as compare to our second room which was FAMILY SUITE room

WORST FOOD DON’T MUCH ABOUT MORE MENU FOOD TASTE WHATEVER WE HAVE ORDERED IT WAS TERRIBLE EXCEPT MASALA MAGGI DIRTY AND USED BEDSHEETS BLANKETS AND CURTAINS LOT SPIDER WEB ON FAMILY SUITE ROOM WASHROOM WAS NOT UPTO THE MARK OVER PRICED NOT WORTHY AT ALL WASHROOM TAPS IN FAMILY SUITE WERE UNHYGIENIC OVERALL OUR EXPERIENCE WAS TERRBILE WE BOOKED THAT PROPERTY AFTER CHECKING REVIEWS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT PROPERTY TO STAY BUT IT WAS NOT AT ALL IT WAS HORRIBLE

Absolutely nothing to like about this property

dirty rooms, zero cleanliness. They had underwear’s hanging in the breakfast area

The rooms were big enough and not congested.

Everything was very old and either not working or in a bad shape. the washrooms were not clean enough and there was water logging . Compared to other hotels in this area, this is better but compared to what we are paying, it is not good enough. The staff was good and helpful but everything else was just not upto the mark.

Did not eat inside the hotel as it was not a clean place.

Front desk stuff were not customer service oriented. No wifi service was provided, but they mentioned wifi is available for guest. Never gave fresh towel. No one came to clean the room. Also, they don’t provide security safe for guests inside the room.
