Bardzo blisko Starego Miasta. Wokół kawiarnie. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. Kuchnia również. Można zostawić bagaże u concierge budynku, po wcześniejszym ustaleniu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

La situation géographique idéale, son parking,le confort et l’équipement du l’appartement. L’accueil durant toute de la durée de notre séjour tant de la propriétaire des lieux Pavlina que de la réceptionniste MMe Fortini. Elles se sont montrées très attentionnées et patientes (alors que notre avion avait eu du retard et que nous devions résoudre des petits problèmes de notre voiture location par exemple…) Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

We stayed in the Fantasia apartment which is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator to access the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including Netflix on the smart TV. It was in a very good location within an easy walking distance from the Ledra St border crossing checkpoint and the Cyprus Museum which is definitely worth a visit. There is parking at the back of the hotel and good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a tasty healthy lunch at the Elysian restaurant over the road and a nice dinner at TGIF next door. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Nicosia.

The communication was excellent and the onsite concierge was really helpful.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this property so I think that shows we are very pleased with everything.

Great location only a few minutes’ walk from Ledras St and handy to a couple of good cafes and an excellent sushi bar. Extremely roomy and well equipped. Very quiet. Easy to find and parking is a real bonus.

The bed was a little hard for my liking but I still slept well. The building itself was a little shabby (not the apartment though).
