The Suites at Rocky Point 2

The layout of the property was nice and spacious. The furniture was pretty comfortable. It was nice to be able to park a car in the garage. The views were spectacular.

You can’t flush any toilet paper down the toilets at all. There was no dishwasher. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend and the satellite TV didn’t work at all, so no football games were able to be watched. The only thing able to be watched was DVDs, and they did have a decent selection to choose from. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and most of the time did not work. Kitchen supplies were lacking in that there were no potholders and the wine glasses were plastic and very scratched up. There was no propane for the grill. There was no broom to keep the sand swept up. The only toiletry products supplied was a bottle of hand soap, and bars of soap in each bathroom. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The showerheads were terrible, with hardly any water coming out of them, and they sprayed in all different directions.

Great beach location. Only we're bugged once the whole time.

How far out it was, but it was definitely worth the drive.

We never got to stay in Rocky Point suites 2 we somehow got put in suites 1 which were very disappointing. I choose suite 2 due to reviews on #1 and the pictures. The only good I can say was the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing. But we had a sewage leak that dropped on me in the kitchen from the master bath above and the furniture and kitchen items are very low quality, the foyer and utility room smelled of gas, the fridge was from a low end trailer home, the grill was trashed the bedding had brown stains, no smart tv and only Mexican cable. On the second day when the sewage dripped on my head, I had had enough and we were transferred to an amazing condo up the beach that could not have been nicer. Kavoya managment was very helpful and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation once we got out of this ripoff of a condo. Suites 2 is owned by the same person as Suite 1 but both condos are not worth what they are charging and amnesties are falsely advertised. The only thing going for this place is the access to a very private beautiful beach. I would NEVER rent these condos from the current owner. And the only reason I don’t demand a refund is Kavoya made it right by putting us in something actually worth renting.

The unit was nice and havin the beach all to ourselves was great but we didnt realize how remote it was and far away from civilization
