Es el paraíso. Las habitaciones son super cómodas y preciosas. La comida es muy variada y creativa, deliciosa. El personal es muy atento y agradable y Pedro, la mascota de la propiedad es un amor loco. Gracias por la hospitalidad.

Alojamiento 100 % recomendable. Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa desde el primer momento. El servicio fue espectacular, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Durante nuestra estancia nos atendió IS, una persona encantadora que nos ayudó a organizar absolutamente todo: excursiones, traslados e incluso el viaje hasta Gorontalo. Se encargó de todo y fue un auténtico acierto alojarnos aquí gracias a su atención y profesionalidad. La comida fue espectacular, y tanto las excursiones como los servicios ofrecidos estuvieron muy bien organizados y completos. Personalmente, creemos que es una isla perfecta para desconectar y relajarse por completo. Si buscas mucha libertad de movimiento o gran variedad de actividades, puede resultar algo limitada, ya que para desplazarte necesitas barco prácticamente para todo, igual que ocurre en otras zonas similares. En nuestro caso, esa tranquilidad nos costó gestionarla al principio pero luego ya podíamos fluir y disfrutamos muchísimo de la experiencia. Además, creemos que para quienes practican buceo la experiencia debe ser todavía más increíble. Queremos agradecer especialmente a IS y a todo el equipo el trato recibido. Sin duda, guardaremos un recuerdo muy bonito de todos ellos.

Die Lage ist traumhaft an einem wunderschönen Strand, von dem aus man direkt schnorcheln kann. Der Tauchlehrer ist sehr kompetent und alle waren sehr zufrieden mit ihm. Täglich wurden Ausflüge angeboten. Das Essen ist super und da alle gemeinsam an einem Tisch sitzen auch sehr kommukativ.

Die Hütten sind sehr einfach und da alles offen ist auch voller Insekten und Fledermäuse. Es wäre schön gewesen ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen zu haben. Nach 3 Tagen war die Hütte sehr schmutzig und wir hätten sicher darum bitten müssen, dass sie gereinigt wird. Die hinteren Hütten sind recht dunkel und in den Stunden ohne Strom braucht man eine Taschenlampe.

Es una bahía super tranquila con una pequeña playa enfrente y selva detrás, un buen lugar para relajarse y desconectar del mundo. La comida estaba deliciosa, de las mejores que hemos probado en Indonesia y el personal muy atento y servicial. Se pueden hacer excursiones para hacer buceo, snorkel, ir al lago de las medusas, visitar Pulau Papan y Karina beach. De noche nos llevaron a ver el plancton luminiscente con el barco y fue una experiencia mágica. Gracias!

Si te gusta la playa con arena blanca quizás se puede echar de menos, la playa del resort tiene bastantes algas desde el principio, por lo que al entrar al agua tiene poca zona de arena, pero se puede hacer snorkel desde el resort.

The bungalows are literally on the beach, smartly built in wood for air flow. The terrace features hammocks facing the ocean where we could do yoga, workout, read and relax. There is a mosquito net and we kept everything open most of the time. There is no fan but it works fine, electricity is available in the room for a few hours in the end of the day but constantly available with WiFi in the common area. The latter is a large area with long tables for dinners where we worked on our computers during part of the afternoon and evenings. The food is sometimes very good (ex: ceviche, fish, veggies, fries etc) and sometimes below average - bring snacks with you before coming. There is a volleyball net and benches and chairs to enjoy the view. Snorkeling is amazing, as well as diving, totally worth it! Ideal stay there is 5 days

Fundamentally the place lacks management and hospitality from the staff. It is owned by a European couple who are never there, it is evident that the staff lacks training, they were spending most of their time on their phone. As a result, it feels like we are just co-living with the staff instead of being taken care of, checked on etc. When strolling around the village of Wakai, we found out by talking with locals that there seems to be a certain turnover at Harmony Resort and apparently the owners do not try to understand the locals and the culture, and therefore the staff isn’t given ownership to make the guests’ experience enjoyable. The owners also bought a cute puppy called Pedro, however no one is really training and raising him properly, he is left alone and shut down when he wants to play, which broke our hearts. So we tried to teach him, play with him and give him the attention he lacks while we were there. We gave our clothes to do laundry and got it back with rusty stains that wouldn’t come off…. We suggest adding deck chairs to enjoy the beach and reviewing the menus

Hervorragendes Essen, sehr schöne, naturverbundene Bungalows direkt am Strand (vordere besser), sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Tour zu den Jellyfish Lake empfehlenswert

Durch die offenen Bungalows sind häufiger Insekten besonders im Bad. Uns hat es nicht gestört, vor allem da das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt werden kann und man über den Bett ein Moskitonetz hat.
