Emoha Dive Resort

Amazing to snorkel right in front of the hotel. Rooms are modest, but very clean and have everything you need. Good air con. Amazing views and sunsets. Very clean pool! Beach towel readily available. Lovely garden to relax and unwind. Food very tasty and fresh. Great house wine and we would know. The hotel ran out of it one day we were there ;) peace and quiet. Only thing we regretted is that we did not book for full 14 days of our visit to Philippines but just for 4 days. Big thank you to lovely owners and hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect stay. 10 out of 10. We will come back and bring friends, if we visit Philippines again

Unfortunately pollution in the Philippines is a major issue and not the hotel's fault. If it rains trash flows in the ocean. Very depressing. The owners do their best to mitigate. The pool was a great alternative. I would mention that when we booked the waterfall excursion, the guide tried to make us go back just after seeing 1. This we thought was not great, as the way it was advertised to us was we can visit as many as we want. So we made the driver take us to one more and was right call. South Cebu is beautiful. Maybe shower gel and shampoo could be a bit better quality, but they did what they are intended to do. Overall great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Emoha is a very well-maintened and stylishly furnished small Resort. Lotti and Jean Michel take exzellent care of their guests. They offer tips for activities, organize excursions, massages and transfers. The food is outstanding and the staff is very welcoming. We stayed here for four nights and felt right at home. The dives were also unforgettable.

Very small and tight knit. Loved the personal experience. Jean Michelle was an incredible host. Very welcoming and even spent quite a while just chatting with us on many occasions.

There’s no flushing of toilet paper. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience as they have a lidded trash can right there.

Great food, great staff and the diving was better than expected. There are a lot of interesting and diverse corals as well as good variety of hard to find species. The waterfalls nearby are also fun.

I absolutely loved this dive resort. I hadn’t been diving for many years, so the team organized a very thorough refresher dive for me, which made me feel comfortable and confident again. After that, all the dives were simply incredible. The reefs near the resort are unbelievably beautiful and very close by. Every dive was stunning. The dive team is fantastic, professional, supportive, and just great to be around. The hotel owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. During my stay a storm hit and I got stuck on the island, and they were extremely helpful, еhey extended my booking and really took care of me during that time. I felt very supported and well looked after. The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable.

Honestly, I have no real complaints. The only small note would be the food - it wasn’t my favorite, but that might just be my personal taste, as I found food in many places in the Philippines not quite to my liking.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was exceptional from the minute we arrived. The accommodations are great spacious clean room with a beautiful view. The food was fantastic. Ron our dive master and G took us on some epic dives that we will never forget. Jean-Michelle (owner) arranged for anything we needed.
