We was in Whitby

Bad location 15 minute walk to town parking was dreadful ok if you drive a mini anything bigger night mare bad light in staircase to rooms with no clear fire escape signs room not very clean even though we booked through Booking.com the host wanted payment before we put our bags down front door chime going off through out the night glad it was only 2 nights and not the full week would not stay again

Lovely lady great accommodation, will try and stay there again

The location was excellent 10min walk into Whitby. The breakfast selection was really good and the room was very clean.

With it being an old house the walls/ floors are thin so we could hear the another TV. But it didn’t dampen our overall thoughts of the property. Would recommend.

Price Cold room No view Old towels and bedding Pillows and duvet looked like they needed replacing along with brown failed hard towels Mould in corner of room and smelt damp Room needed a makeover No wear to hang clothes except a coat rail ! Watered down soap in sink dispenser Never tried shower , No heating in bathroom or ventilation that worked Small portable heater didn’t work all the time Some hooks had come off curtain rail

Lorraine was an amazing host, and she went to an exceptional level beyond measures to accommodate myself, my daughter, and my partner! I could not be more grateful and would highly recommend staying there for anyone looking for comfort in a warm and homely environment close to all local amenities

The location was good just a 10 minute walk to the town, breakfast facilities you had a good selection of cereal, pastries, yogurt, toast jam and marmalade.

A little bit cold when arrived but soon warmed up.
