Great, quiet location. James provided excellent service.

Stay was too short :)

Outdoor patio and pool added to relaxation. Small neighborhood restaurant for food was close and comfortable

James and Audrey's apartment was perfect. James warmly greeted us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. The place was clean and comfortable, and the large deck was great for relaxing. Nice neighborhood. James arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport which was very helpful.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. James was friendly and accommodating, and provided helpful local recommendations.

The owner, James Moss, is an absolute dream. So helpful and kind. The bed was very comfy and the condo was clean. Two porches to use to sit in the sun or the shade.

Water pressure and amount of hot water in the shower left much to be desired. Wife couldn't wash her hair because of so little water.

The owner was very kind and showed us around and how to use things like the laundry machines. The place was very clean and organized. We stayed there the night we arrived in Belize and again the night before leaving, would definitely stay there again if and when we find ourselves in Belize again.

The pool and balcony area was great for lounging

There are no food options around so plan ahead

The host met us right away and showed us everything there was to offer in our room. He was very kind and inviting. Rooms were clean and what we expected, and more. We'll be back in a couple weeks for our night before flying home. We liked it enough we'd consider staying long term in the future if we visited again.
