Very clean.

The mattress in the smaller bedroom was awful. It had springs with a small amount of padding. it needs replacing.

We made a last minute booking and we were so thankful that the hosts were accommodating! The condo is so spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy to find with secure private parking. Full kitchen and bedrooms with excellent amenities throughout. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room worked perfectly. Super fast WiFi. We wish we stayed longer!

Clean, quiet and relaxed 15 minutes from Phillip Goldson Airport; 30 minutes from Crooked Tree wildlife refuge. Owner/operator James was warm and welcoming; a perfect introduction to the country. Don't miss Elena's restaurant 2 blocks away for home cooked (literally) meals and wonderful conversation.

I wasn't aware of any breakfast.

The only issue is that the place is away from everything. It's best to bring food if you are not driving. The host was very helpful. He allowed me to use his phone to have food delivered. Ideally one should have a Belize phone or purchase a sim card.

The place was hard to find, and once we found it, we became very nervous about staying there. The parking did not look secure for the area. We contacted the property to cancel, but they would not work with us for a refund. We booked through Expedia, and they did not help either. We ended up staying at the global hotel closer to the airport.

The host accommodated me even though my flight in was after the listed check in time on the site. He also arranged for my transportation to the property. The condo was very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and you could even smell the cleanliness of the unit and the sheets. Being a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and secure.
