Q Bungalows

This place is magical and a little slice of paradise. The French owner, Lionel, was an absolute gem and helped us with booking everything we needed like excursions and transportation. Their Khmer chef is super talented and I even asked her to teach me how to make her mango salad (after I ordered it 4 times in a row! lol It was that delicious). She was wonderful and agreed. My family loved her food so much that we ate at Q more than at outside restaurants which we normally don't do. I'm a foodie and she's fabulous! Besides Lionel and his staff, the pool is the star of this place. It's nestled in the middle of the jungle and you can sit and just listen to all of the wild life around you. You may see a monkey or 10 as well. It's also big enough to swim laps! Individual bungalows are simple, but comfortable and we never even locked our door once we arrived. It felt like staying with family. We brought our two boys and dog from USA and after 2 1/2 months of traveling in Vietnam, I felt like I found heaven in our first Cambodian stay. Highly recommend!!! If you read this Lionel, thank you again so much for your hospitality! We won't forget you or your property! :)

I have zero complaints

The location is great, backing onto the national park, within a short distance of the beach too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us organise our onward travel and a pepper farm tour. Also has a great pool

Room was very warm as we only had a fan, if we stayed again we’d get a room with air conditioning

The place is really beautiful. The garden, the swimming pool - just perfect. The bungalow was nice and comfortable, you have there everything you need. I also tried some food and it was good :) The location is fine, few minutes walk to the crab market, approx. 25 minutes walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the National Park.

Recommendation - I know it's difficult during the raining season, but the bathrooms should be cleaned more often. Also the bed was not as clean as it can be - I know, it's nature and I am fine with that, but maybe if you clean / wash the mosquito net time to time the bed will remain clean even when you use the fan....because now, when I used the fan or just moved with the net the bed is dirty...

The grounds are beautiful and the room is comfortable and it is well priced for what you get. The pool is greatly improved since our last visit more than 5 years ago, as a tropical garden has grown around the pool.

This place is so peaceful and definitely a place to chill and relax. I also loved the proximity to the crab market where we could walk to each night and also the national park behind. The pool is divine and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Comfy place in the foot of a mountain. The owner and staffs were very kind and friendly. Bath room was the shared for my place and it was clean enough. The bangalow provides the minumim facilities, just to stay and relax, for nature lovers. In the early morning, i could meet many monkeys coming down from the mountain, so romantic!
