The resort is situated a nice 10 min walk down to the crab market and restaurants of Kep. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a nice terrace and plenty of space between the bungalows. The pool was fabulous, big enough for a proper swim, and with amazing views up to the mountain side. We had a great chat with the owner who suggested a lovely 8km walk in Kep National Park just behind the hotel. We also had the opportunity to buy Kampot pepper, grown in the hotel grounds and prepared by one of the staff. Really good to support a local initiative rather than one of the bigger farms.

No major points at all really. However, the fridge in the room hadn't been plugged in so not of real benefit for our 1 night stay, and there was no soap in the shower dispenser. Breakfast options were quite limited and little gestures like a top-up of coffee would have been appreciated. Little points, but all would have greatly enhanced our stay.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, fijn ontvangst. De tuin is prachtig.aangelegd. Ligging is prima ten op zichte van de crab market. Een heerlijk zwembad. Prima ontbijt!

Er is gewoon wat achterstallig onderhoud. Lampen die kapot zijn. We hadden geen verlichting op ons terras en de stoel op het terras was ook kapot. De badkamerkraan lekte. Ook een aantal tegels bij het zwembad liggen los. Dit alles is een puntje van aandacht. Verder prima verblijf gehad.

Very cool property! So close to the national park (max 10 min walk to the entrance). Owner was very friendly and advised on things to do for the one day we were there (national park and crab market). Crab market is again a 10 minute walk, along with lots of lovely restaurants! The pool looked very refreshing (salt water pool!). The beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Would definitely stay longer if we were in the area! 🤩

The bungalow was great, plenty of room and it had a fan as well as a/c, the pool was great, the whole surrounds were nice.

It’s a little bit out from the main area, but tuk Tulsa are always available.
