At this hotel, the front desk service was the worst experience I have ever had. The employee told me that my reservation was not there and that I had to resolve it myself, even though I was showing him my confirmation email. As a hotel representative, it should have been his responsibility to assist me and find a solution. Instead, he was rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy. I was also traveling with my two 2-year-old daughters, which made the situation even more stressful. This is not the level of service I expected.

It was clean , good location

It was so messed up trying to check in , we booked through booking.com and paid , they tried to charge us for the room again , a whole fiasco , 2 hours later got a room after 10 hour drive ?

Extra clean and smelt sooooo good and fresh

Breakfast could have been a little better but still had all the essentials
