It was clean, the bed was comfortable

It took a long time for the hot water to come through to the bathroom if someone was using the other bathroom. The floor was very uneven and just about made us feel seasick. In the bedroom, it felt like you were walking downhill.

Being a historic cottage, comfort and interior was as expected. Food at the Hotel was excellent. My Family from Germany commented particularly how impressed they were by their meals. Hotel was perfect place to stay to continue our journey through Arthur's Pass next day.

Nothing to complain about. Wondering about heating in cottage bathroom in winter, though, could be cold. Also heater in bedroom seemed broken.

The cottage was absolutely adorable! The whole place was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the decor was charming. The pub across the road was a great dinner destination as well. Thanks for the lovely stay.
