House keeping staff is good

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the booking process for S4 Residency on your platform. My wife and I recently attempted to book a stay at S4 Residency through Booking.com, but we were met with several questions and issues that made the process confusing and frustrating. Be careful before booking Rooms are AC , The Take Extra Money 500Rs for AC switch on , The Asking proof of Marriage , I am shocked the Question, I am shouting No Rights ask marriage proof for anyone pls check Adhaar showing my Name’s in my wife Adhaar then the allowed to Room ! Worst Experience !
