The staff is amazing! Sonia is a terrific manager; the hotel has definitely improved since she has been here. Wayne takes care of everything and is a great maintenance superrvisor, and Fa'Neth has been very helpful. This is a great place to stay.

"Dirty & Run Down"

So dirty & run down! Our room, where do I start? From bugs, dead & alive, half the lights didn’t work, our phone didn’t work, the ac/heater sounded like it was going to break down any second, dresser broken, just wow! We put a sheet on the floor so my son could crawl & we could walk. We slept in our original clothes on top of sheets. We checked out at 8am. No one slept! Here’s a few pictures!

This property is filthy , there is no breakfast. I decline to go to another room because my room was filthy and the front desk lady refused to check me out even though I gave her the keys to the room and left the property. So she kept my reservation open to charge me for a day I wasn’t in attendance for. Refusing to give Expedia the waiver code but my bank handle it. DONT STAY HERE

Stayed for two days. The room was never cleaned. Appliance were quite old. The carpet in the room looked like had not been cleaned in a while. The staff however was very friendly and helpful
