They had a vacancy

Bare, stark and the room smelled like fingernail polish remover. Not very clean and the room was noisy.

It was a bad location. There were holes in the walls that still had blood on them. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The refrigerator had hair in it.

A lot of things needed fixed. Burners on the stove won't allow you to cook much food, the coffee pot was very small, the toilet seat was broken..
