Conveniently close to airport. Quiet considering proximity to freeway. Staff were very friendly

Facilities were run down and beat up. Felt generally dingy. Carpet was gross and made the room smell unclean.

I liked that it was close to the airport, that’s why I picked it since our flight was getting in late at night.

I requested a late check in, between 11pm and midnight and got an email saying it had been approved. When I got there at 11:30 the lady told me multiple times there were no rooms, just because I booked online doesn’t guarantee I actually get a room, we ruined her night by showing up, I should’ve gotten there sooner, it didn’t matter that I requested a late check in or that it was approved. She told 3 other people after me the same things and also told them to figure it out on their own. After an hour, she put us in a room and said if you don’t like it, take it up with the manager tomorrow. The next morning a different lady at the desk called me to come pay because I was charged as a no show and I needed to fill out paperwork again because the lady from check in threw mine away. I told her about the night before and she looked mortified and told me to talk to management because that was unacceptable. I ended up leaving before anyone came in but I emailed the manager at the address on the business card and have not heard back yet.

They had the room dirty and the service in general was bad I been waiting for my refund for over a month

A total desection, very dirty, bad smells, cockroaches everywhere, they don't put paper in the toilet and to finish they say they serve breakfast and don't go more than putting coffee and bread. I really feel frustrated with this bad experience.

Location was perfect for my travel needs with Swift access to Major Highways. Spacious Clean Room and good shower. Staff were very pleasant and chatty both on check-in and check out.

Arrived 1800 to be told room was not ready and asked to return by 2000. Was not a major problem on this occasion, and staff at least allowed me to leave luggage, which I had brought from vehicle.

This is the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in the room was $156.00 so not a dive price but to be honest I wouldn't let my dog stay there. Room was filthy and cigarette ashes in night stand top drawer and this is a no smoking room not. My wife was sick in the morning from breathing the air in our room. It was like sleeping in an ash tray. If you stay here you will be sorry.
