"The worst"

I booked thru booking .com and when I arrived I think I was told I needed a major credit card for them to hold I don't carry a physical bank card I do online banking so I could not stay they should have told me this through booking.com and then held my money that I already paid for the room for another 10 10 days before they returned it it's a bunch of bullshit
