The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood surrounded by quaint houses, café and bakeries. It is only a couple of streets away from main shopping area and bus routes to temples

"Modern hotel near Kyoto center"

9.0

Modern looking hotel located walking distance to the center of Kyoto. Rooms were not overly spacious but they were comfortable and contemporary designed. Lots of restaurants and shops around, and the busses to all attractions pass frequently from a stop nearby.

I would have preferred a small seating area for 2 persons in place of the massage chair which we didn't use. It seemed too bulky and took a lot of space. I asked for an early check-in which was not granted.

"This hotel is a good spot for exploring Kyoto ."

Good proximity to restaurants and several tourist sites. Clean bathrooms. Helpful front desk. Nice to get two complimentary bottles of water in the room per day if needed. Washing machine and dryer worked well and were convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Buffet breakfast was good but some of the hot items did not stay warm.
