Le personnel très sympathique prend au sérieux la satisfaction des clients.

Ontbijt was top, personeel zeer vriendelijk. Ik vond het zeer aangenaam dat we een kan lekkere koffie op op onze tafel kregen ipv dat je die zelf moet gaan halen aan een trage koffie-automaat. Verdun s les d is een prachtig dorpje aan de rivier, op wandelafstand van het hotel. Wij hebben 1 x gedineerd in de hostellerie, dit diner was excellent. Zondagavond is restaurant dicht, maar dit werd tijdig gecommuniceerd. Er is een pizzeria in het dorp, waar we terecht konden. Het huis van het hotel is zeer oud maar authentiek. Het zal een uitdaging zijn om het interieur ooit op te frissen met behoud van de authenticiteit, maar als dit ooit lukt, dan is dit een goudmijn.

Lovely Staff in the Restaurant, were accommodating for vegetarians, food was excellent, had a lovely wine selection by the glass, the Chef chatted and was very as were all the staff. Which added to a wonderful evening in their garden restaurant.

Great wine and food, nice atmosphere and cozy garden. And really nice host/owner in the evening. Very high service level.

We got a food poisoning a couple hours after we ate and spend the night in the bathroom. The staff weren’t friendly the morning after when we informed them that we had gotten sick, potentially form their food, they responded poorly and told os it was just the sun that made os sick. However, when that is said, the food and wine was great, and the owner was very sweet.

Le repas était délicieux et le personnel hyper attentionné. Le petit déjeuner hyper top 😁
