Lots of repair issues in room. Back wall was actually moving while using door. Back sitting area unusable, no shade, terrible seating.

Room was poorly lighted. Heating and cooling units were not great. Whole thing was pretty rustic considering the price we paid

Wonderful stay. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Fire pit was great. Kids used the arcade and the pool. Great time.

No elevator.

Overall, the hotel made a very positive impression. The location is excellent, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The room itself was comfortable and met expectations, and the check-in process was smooth. The only notable downside was the room cleaning. Unfortunately, housekeeping felt superficial at times — dust was noticeable and some amenities were not consistently replenished. This stood out, especially given the otherwise high standard of service throughout the hotel. With improved attention to housekeeping, the overall experience would be close to perfect. Aside from this issue, the hotel is solid and easy to recommend.

Very centrally located. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The lodge area was also nice and the staff were friendly.

Super expensive for what you get - a basic hotel room. The pool and hot tub areas were a bit rundown.
