The area is very sketchy. People were almost always sitting on the stairs and wouldn't move when you needed to get by. Each time I came and went, there were the same people with two incredibly aggressive and reactive dogs outside. Id go in my room for hours and come out to leave and they would still be sitting outside near the stairs. A lot of long term residence/people living there. There was a school bus parked adjacent to the parking lot and there appeared to be people living in there and coming and going as well. If you are traveling with animals or kids- I do not recommend staying here due to the safety concerns regarding aggressive/reactive dogs. I also observed individuals using substances in the breezeways and being rough with their children.
