"Villa Carolina is quiet, private, peaceful and magical."

We loved everything! It felt like coming home to visit family. All the staff was amazing. The architecture of this space has such a dreamy vibe. We had pool service everyday. Cynthia booked massages, dinner reservations, taxis, and had laundry service prepped for us. Marta makes the best ham sandwiches and margaritas. Irvin was so helpful with our room necessities making sure we were nice and cool. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the property and their friends. They were so welcoming and we enjoyed their company. We enjoyed their recommendations! Happy Birthday to Hugh and Duane! Thank you for sharing your cake with me! 😎

Great boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with a complete kitchen. Pool and garden area is nice and relaxing. The staff is very accommodating and extremely kind --answered all my questions and provided everything I needed. Location is ideal for access to La Ropa beach and all of Zihuatanejo. A very relaxing experience.
