The location is lovely but....attending a large conference where elevator buttons did not all work, a centrally located escalator was broken and not touched by anyone for repair the entire time we were there. Also, since when does a hotel host a conference and not have an operational restaurant open after1230? We wanted lunch and were promptly informed the restaurant would be closing in 20 minutes. The wait staff acted like they were doing us a favor to serve us. Apparently the hotel does not want to make money serving meals to hotel guests. We had access to the club room which frequently ran out of breakfast fruit, other staples. Perhaps the most annoying thing was the AV service. A significant amount of planning occurred for multiple presentations occurring simultaneously and I know of at least 3 sessions where the meeting could not start on time due to lack of setup of AV equipment. Then when AV arrived, they were defensive, rude to the meeting organizer and required 3-4 people to get thinks up and running. Perhaps this function is yet another outsourced job where saving a dollar causes lack of quality. I realize it is Chicago but this was not, in my opinion, money well spent. This is not what I expect from Marriott

Thank You Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk for a wonderful stay. This Hotel Hosted our 2026 - American Occupational Health Conference; - I can't offer anything but praise for this Marriott Brand Hotel - Thank You! - Customer Service - Particularly from every one of the "Lead Doormen" working the Hotel was "On Point" - Staff in the Hotel, especially the Front Door Team - were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and willing to ensure guest satisfaction. Thank you all for extending me such hospitality. Housekeeping was excellent and was provided daily, which is a rarity these days. I arrived to immediately find the extra foam pillows which I had requested. Internet was lighting fast and modern and remained operating - uninterrupted through my entire stay. I was really amazed at the quality of my room; - The room was clean and in order; - In room entertainment system was modern and offered quite many selections and connections. Staying in a major City - such as a Chicago can be pricey - But, Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk - delivered an A+ product. Amazing Location - In the center of EVERYTHING - Again - My thanks to the amazing Doorman Team. A+

Il Wifi è a pagamento e la colazione è soltanto per 2 ospiti per stanza. Se siete quindi più di 2 vi consiglio di non fare l'opzione "colazione inclusa" come purtroppo abbiamo fatto noi, perché per i restanti ospiti il costo è di 38 dollari.

Escalator doesn't work. Elevator buttons don't work. Metal coating on elevator doors worn off. Other high traffic areas showing wear. Still a nice hotel, but now worn and frazzled. Someone needs to get going on management and maintenance issues here. Yes, it's Chicago and stuff doesn't work well here (e.g., took 4 people to put in previously; scheduled/booked IT hardware, all well as hook up a zoom that caused a mtg with 30 external folks to start 10min late)), but still this is all annoying and overpriced for service. Stay here if forced by conference location. Otherwise, we'd look elsewhere until they start fixing stuff.

El desayuno estaba bien. Pero pague 1 noche para tres personas y en la reserva de Booking dice "desayuno incluido" y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron "es solo para dos personas" la tercera persona tiene que pagar. Mostré la reserva que en ningun lado dice esto y me dijeron que lo descontarian. Pues no, me lo cobraron y estoy tratando de que me devuelvan ese monto. Una estafa.

Me cobraron el tercer desayuno siendo que yo pague una noche para tres personas con desayuno incluido. En la reserva de Booking en ningun lado dice que el desayuno es solo para dos huespedes y que el tercero paga. Por algo coloco la cantidad de huespedes que estaremos en la habitacion.
