Nothing... when we arrived we were told that the hotel was fully booked and we didn't end up staying there. We explained to the front desk lady we had a reservation and tried to provide out reservation number. She said that didn't matter there is no room. When we arrived the parking was full. At each corner of the parking was a different construction crew 10-15 people just drinking outside their trucks. 5 minutes later 2 police officers paroled the parking lot. I didn't feel safe to be honest.

1.The hotel Lobby was closed by 9:00 PM when we arrived we were just standing outside waiting for someone to arrive. 2.When we finally got someone they explained to us that all the rooms are booked and they have no room. We had reservations but she said that didn't matter. 3.Too many people drinking outside next to their cars and trucks at 10:00 PM. 4.Police parole the parking lot.

The front desk staff were very nice

Everything! It was dirty. It had a broken bed and chair in the room. Really poorly kept. Breakfast wasn’t included as it says. They did not provide any pans to cook on nor any utensils, plates or cups. You had to buy it all in order to use the kitchen.

The staff was very accommodating and apologetic when our room was not ready on time. It was convenient to downtown.

The room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Even after we came back an hour later it still wasn't ready.. It had bugs crawling in the bathroom, and a huge bug came out of the sink. Lumpy bed, furniture was banged up. I was not what I expected.

Very soft pillows and the pillow top mattress was great as well. We are looking for a house for our family and folks are helping. It is beyond stressful but your staff has been great. We don’t know how long we will be here but we keep the kids distracted by going to the park.

Yes of course I would definitely come again friendly staff work in a timely manner front desk and General manager was very polite people, rooms was clean great house keeping service quite admist fare, and a very safe place.and there's also entertainment right next door for adults and children took my son to celebration station he enjoyed.plenty of restaurant to dine it or just take out

Clean room, friendly staff. Property needs to be pressure washed, and trash needs to be picked up. Room was clean and comfortable.
