Just a bit off at the front desk. Had to wait until someone comes. I was assuming she has to do something else at the back. Staff were very kind and polite. Overall it was a good stay.
This hotel is perfectly pleasant. While The room was a touch small, it was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Even my daughter had an excellent night sleep on the cot. The coffee was good. It is a 3 min drive to downtown or the local Walmart. EV charger worked slow but fine overnight. Great place for your stay in Corning.
The room is clean, but the beds are a bit too soft for us.
I loved the location and the site. The staff were terrific. I had a room next to a family with young children. The shrieking was unfortunate late at night and starting extremely early in the morning as I had a meeting to attend to. When I mentioned it to staff they were so nice about it. I just wanted to let them know.
The immediate area around the hotel was a little disappointing. And the complimentary breakfast was a little weak as well… although that’s not why we chose this hotel. But the staff was very pleasant and the check-in was very efficient. Close to the Corning Glass Museum which is why we are in the area.
Granddaughters loved the pool. Free breakfast options were very good. Staff was very helpful.
It was easy to find and park with shops and restaurants in Walking distance. Love historic downtown Corning.

Staffs were kind and room was clean. Breakfast was simple but good.
Very small bathroom. Very small breakfast room. Staff were very friendly. AC unit kinda loud and not efficient at dehumidifying the room. EV charger was great.
