We came in the middle of the night from Europe just to find out that our room (that we booked and payed weeks before for the night from 3th to 4th September) is not available due to renovations. No message before our arrival. The stuff was absolutely unprofessional: they didn’t take us serious, were unfriendly and gave us our money back only after insisting from our side. Only after us asking if they know another hotel nearby we have got an recommendation. We wouldn’t recommend to book a room here because you can’t guarantee to get a room.
