"Good"

Basic room to crash in. No frills just the basics. Lowest cost in Manhattan Beach. The owners were pleasant. Hot water in shower. Good cable TV and cold A/C. Fantastic plaza for fine dining across the street.

Didn't like the noises from the busy traffic on Sepulveda Blvd. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff was attentive. Easy to find a multitude of food choices just across the street.

"I got bit my bedbugs in this hotel!"

I got bit by bed bugs in this hotel in the room I stayed. I saw one of them walking on the cover of the bed. When I told this to the lady working in the front desk, she said she was going to go check the room, in 1 minute she came back saying she didn’t see any as if it was so easy to see them! I showed her the bedbug bites but she was dismissive. She did not provide me any discount or any compensation despite that terrible experience. Very unprofessional employee!
