Le confort du lit, la situation dans la pinède, le calme, le petit déjeuner

La piscine dont l'état se dégrade sans réparations effectuées: jacuzzi condamné, déchets non ramassés autour du bassin, pas de gel douche ni de shampoing, aucun porte manteau dans les vestiaires, pas de serviette à disposition, fermeture de 12h à 15h donc accès impossible aux heures creuses... la piscine n'est plus en phase avec le standing supposé. Plus de fauteuils à l'accueil, un personnel sympathique mais l'équipe du soir tourne le dos au client qu'elle ne salue jamais alors que c'est la base! Il serait bon de redonner à cet hôtel son éclat d'autrefois...

Lacked atmosphere, but the location in terms of walking into le Touquet more than compensated for this, have stayed before and will stay again

Très bon petit déjeuner! Grand choix au buffet. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. Le personnel très accueillant et à disposition. Je recommande également le restaurant Le Picardy! Hôtel très bien placé, à 10/15min de l'avenue Saint Jean.

Rien! Tout était très bien et à la hauteur de ce que j'espérais.

Produits salle de bain moyens, pas de crème pour le corps…repas au bar chers et peu abondants par ex gaspacho Rapport qualité prix en général pas bon

I loved how the rooms were big yet cozy. There were lots of things to do in and outside the hotel. It is located between nature and the city which was very convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel needs a makeover / refurbishment. There is no Air conditioner in the room and the bath plumbing needs fixing (very tricky to get warm water for a good bath).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil. Tout le personnel est très gentil et bienveillant ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et les produits de qualité sont très frais. La chambre est très confortable. LE parking
