The price is great!! The lady whom checked me in was great!! I asked if the pool was open. She said yes. The pool was the only reason I booked. However. Two hours later as soon as the next front desk attendant came in, the pool was closed. At 5pm. I really only wanted to tan. It would have been nice to dip in the pool. But I just wanted to lay in the sun. The guy said , who knows when it will be fixed. Idk when the person will come to fix it. Which is true. But , he really didn’t do much to make me happy about the situation. I was not happy. Still not happy. The towels were stained also. The room was spacious. The room was clean. The bed was super comfy. The first front desk clerk was as great. Price was good. Location from the interstate is beyond amazing. Landscaping and outside maintenance needs a little help.

Property is older but larger rooms. Seemed clean. No breakfast but snacks available for purchase.
I felt safe and secure. We'll definitely be back. We were staying at Extended Stay in Bristol, VA. No longer felt safe. We've found our safe place. Thank you Bristol Arcadia Inn!
2-3 star inn with NO BREAKFAST. NOISY folks upstairs and I smelled smoke in hallway near my room. Easy on/off interstate.
