"Perfect end to our holiday it was like home away from home"

The room was very cosy and homely and the view was beautiful Leonie and Tim were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us with anything..

Everything suited us there was nothing we didn’t like

Breakfast was amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious food. Leonie was so thoughtful in providing dairy free yoghurt. Her home made marmalade was especially enjoyable. Leonie and Tim were very welcoming and friendly. The view from the balcony seeing the bay as well as the countryside was restorative. Highly recommended

We had a very enjoyable stay. The Hosts were fabulous and their breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable. Our room was very comfortable and clean and overall it a fantastic stay with great views.

The Hosts Leonie and Tim were wonderful they looked after me and I felt like I was home. The room was great with everything that I needed and the shared areas were very warm and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was great and plenty of variety started the day off so well. It is well located close to town but still felt like in the country.

Room was great with plenty of space, super comfy bed, large ensuite & a great view. Excellent hospitality, the breakfast was second to none with plenty of choice/options. Leonie was more than accommodating in preparing breakfast to any request I had. Amazing conversations with our hosts & other guests at breakfast. Good quiet location very close to Hobart with cute pandelons hoping around & gorgeous furry bubble bees. I would highly recommend staying at Waterview Gardens.
