The toilet was broken(wouldn't flush) manager was extremely rude He sent the housekeeper to fix it It worked for a while. Then it happened again. It would not flush all night. Told him again(rude to me again). Sink faucet barley worked. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

Everything. Manager should be fired.

On August 11th, we booked a room at Motel 6 (Southeast, 82nd Avenue, Portland) under my name, Naya Felixbrot. We did not stay in the room because it smelled strongly of smoke, and we were told we would receive a refund. However, there was an issue with processing the refund: we paid with a European debit card, and Motel6 system could not recognize its number in order to process the refund back to the same account. Motel6 requested a 12- or 16-digit number, but my card does not have one as it is a debit card rather than a credit card. I emailed Motel6 with the updated details but I didn't get an answer.
