The outside was clean. The building looked like an upscale hotel and very inviting.

When you walked in, there was a peculiar smell. Not a bad order but fresh either. The room was very small for all the furniture item's in it. The mirror at the sink was not clean and clear. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The toilet looked old and had like rust stains on it. There were stains on the shower floor. The shower door had water spots on it. There were stains on the wall in the sleeping area. There were not enough wall outlets and the one near the beds was hard to get to. The towels and washcloths were dingy and had stains on them and so did the towel mat. I would rate this facility a 2.5-3. I did not like the room at all. I won't be staying here again.

Nothing about it was satisfying.

The guy at the front desk,Fred Nunally, don’t have customer service manners. He didn’t greet me nor was he helpful. This isn’t the first time with him producing this kind of behavior. His response was very dry to the concerning questions that I asked. The booking price online was different from what he said, he added almost a $1 extra to cost. It was his way of rounding it off to $70, booking.com price was $69.40. The room was horrible, the walls were damaged, it looked like cats & dogs played in there.
