"Disappointing and expected from my last two stays a two different Best Westerns!"

I thought I reserved a king suite with a sleepsofa instead I got a room with a king bed and a sleep sofa with a partial wall between the bed and sofa. The room was reserved for three adults the room was set up for two. There where no linens for the sofa bed. It was raining and the window leaked all night. Making the floor wet.

Clean, basic place to stay in an industrial area if the city. Breakfast left a lot to be desired with missing items that were never available and a coffee maker that made some sort of hot brown liquid that tasted like water. Seemed pretty understaffed.

Clean, spacious room.

Breakfast staff were friendly but chatted amongst themselves about their personal lives, including their boyfriend and girlfriend fighting. Not quite the conversation to have within earshot of guests.
