Beautiful Cali feel and excellent service! Manager was very responsive to our needs and breakfast at veranda was lovely.

Benjamin at the front desk allowed for an early check in and included a room upgrade, Excellent customer service. the waiters and bartenders at each outlet were fabulous, I had every meal and beverage at the resort.

Our family has always loved the Rancho Bernardo Inn, but this stay was a disaster. The smart AC had some issue and AC kept turning off every 30mins, making the room unbearably hot. According to my Apple Watch, I registered a mere 4 hours of sleep each night. It got so bad that my son actually resorted to sleeping out on the patio just to get some cool air. To make matters worse, the accessible bathroom malfunctioned and water kept flowing into the foyer, flooding the room. The management's response was the final insult. They chose to "compensate" us by comping a couple of breakfast items. It felt utterly disrespectful—the equivalent of an airline bumping you to economy because business class is overbooked and handing you a $50 voucher. I refused that and told them to charge me for everything. When you pay premium resort prices, a dry room and a basic night's sleep shouldn't be too much to ask. We won't be back.

From beginning to end, service from the RBI staff - especially Jenny Rhynes - was impeccable. We visited the property several times before our wedding weekend and were always taken care of in a timely manner and with a smile. Every single meal, drink, and massage on site was wonderful. To top it all off, our wedding weekend was perfect and the banquet staff was attentive all day long. I will be staying here every time I come to San Diego!

Spa day with friends. Massage and spa pool cababa. Bottle of wine and lunch, pool side. Perfect day. I should do this more often 😉

Fabulous property. I never leave reviews but this place was awesome. Peaceful, clean great service and the spa and massages were very very relaxing. You pay a premium price but it’s a premium experience. Highly recommended.

Adair, Jay Jones and Walt are the best golf attendants around. 10/10 would come again just for their service
