Hampton Inn Debary-Deltona

This place is a dump. Peeling wallpaper, very rundown. Plus, housekeeping only every other day. No communication during check in, we were told that there is a small notice on the mirror in the bath, which explains housekeeping. Stay away at all costs. This is from a gold Hilton member. Sad representation of the brand.

Personeel was supervriendelijk en het hotel was heel toegankelijk. Ik verbleef hier een week voor het werk en het was super gemakkelijk.

Ontbijt vond ik persoonlijk iets minder. (Niet veel keuze) Maar goed genoeg om door te reizen.

Extremely disappointing stay at Hampton Inn DeBary/Deltona. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and this was one of the worst Hilton experiences I’ve had. The room had a strong moisture/musty odor, felt damp, and cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The hallway/common areas also looked poorly maintained. What made it worse was how management handled billing afterward. I was charged a $50 fee, and then given multiple conflicting explanations about why the charge was applied. My folio listed it one way, management explained it another way, and corporate later gave a different explanation. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Instead of accountability or proper customer service, they chose to rely on inconsistent stories and close the case. If you value cleanliness, honesty, and professional guest service, I would strongly recommend staying at another hotel in the area. There are better options nearby that will appreciate your business.
