"My stay was exceptional. Clean environment, not far from American Dream which was reason for coming."

The room was very clean including the shower and toilet. The breakfast was good also. I loved how it was an entrance on the front and backside of the hotel.

The only complaint I have is that the breakfast bar isn't open long enough.

"Comfortable and Convenient"

Getting there from NYC was quite easy and quick by public transport. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had arrived early, and they provided an early check-in; they also ensured the shuttle would be available to take us across to American Dream Mall and that we would have a pick-up when finished shopping. The room and complimentary breakfast were the usual, as expected from Hampton Inn, and the stay was generally comfortable and relaxing.

"Very close to American Dream Mall!"

Nice stay, warm beverages were a nice touch each day. My family really enjoyed that! Overall, the establishment was very clean and the texting option for the front desk was top tier and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Toilet stopped flushing but maintenance handled that issue very quickly. Shower pressure could be a bit better too.
