I reserved a non-smoking room and when you walked in, you could tell somebody smoked in it burn holes in all the bedding and in the morning after we left for the whole day and came back we didn’t even get room service because they decided to tell the office that we had to do not disturb sign up when we did it so we had to hunt someone down to get clean sheets and towels for our self

The lady in the office was very nice and helpful.

The floor made my white socks black. One of the beds had the worst mattress ever. Broken down badly. The second bed was somewhat better. holes in the wall in the shower. Previous persons hair on the shower wall. No hair dryer in the room. Appeared to be ripped off the wall. Flying stink bugs in the room.

Our room was non-smoking, but it smelled of cigarettes and had burns on the comforters. We found multiple spiders and bugs in our room.

Very nice, updated room. Friendly helpful staff!

Bed bugs.

The bed was hard as a rock. I woke up in so much pain.

When I checked in, I noticed the lobby was a little run down and the turtle tank looked like sewer water. I still checked in, got my room key and proceeded to find my room. When I walked in I was immediately knocked down by the smell of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and requested another room. The staff was kind and granted my request. When I got to my second room it was just as bad as the first. There was hair on the bed, the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned, paint was coming off the walls, the doors looked like they had been chewed up by a dog, and the air conditioner smelled like someone had urinated in the vent. I checked out immediately. The only reason I gave a one star terrible rating is because there was not a zero!
