"This was a horrible experience."

The check-in was smooth.

It smells horrible when you enter the property. I always look through my bedding and underneath my fitted sheet was filthy. The AC in my room didn’t work. I woke up drenched in sweat. The shower was filthy. This property use to be one of my favorite places to stay but it seems new management has downgraded the facility.

Convenience

Couldn’t use the conditioner or lotion due to the type of dispenser. Too late once you’re in the shower and realize it doesn’t work. The TV was janky. Someone finally came after a second call about an hour+ after the initial call. Said the remote wasn’t working when I had clearly turned on the tv. Never could get the tv to work properly.
