Quarto cheirando a cigarro, banheiro sem box , café da manhã frio pão amanhecido.. já tinha ficado em quarto melhores obs teve sem ser a cabo e janela do banheiro quebrada

Não havia frigobar no quarto, ligamos para saber se poderia fornecer gelo e dois copos, e fomos informados que sim, cada copo com gelo R$6 ou um balde de gelo por R$15. Numa cidade litorânea sem frigobar no quarto fica difícil.
