Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mukwonago

We were not greeted while checking in, nor was told about any amenities. Once we learned where to find the pool, no lights were on and there wasn’t anyone to be found. An incident happened with a guest directly across from my room and when I called the front desk the lady stated “well that’s a scary man, I’m not sure if I want to go down there” respectfully, I do not blame her however, it shouldn’t have taken me to tell the women that she needs to call the cops. It was 2 in the morning and it had went on long enough. I am from hours away from this location. I was there for business. Sadly, next time I will chose to commute before staying at this location again. Not very inviting.

Baymont Inn Mukwanago WI Room small, no separation between bathroom and sleeping area although toilet and shower are in a separate small space with a door. Room shabby, upholstery torn, lampshades (2) torn. Smelled of cigarette smoke as did the hallways. Breakfast was good although no fresh fruit options. Limited TV choices. Guide channel doesn’t function. Many of the channels they claim to have aren’t available. Internet is slow.

Would have liked four pillows on the queen bed instead of three.

Looked like a fresh remodel. Seemed safe right off highway, dining choices very near. Great Value, good choices.

The bedding was dingy and stained. The pool area was dirty. While sitting in the hot tub I looked up and the ceiling was blackened with large mold spots. I looked behind my head and there were ants crawling around. The used towels were laying around on the floor and there were no clean towels. The walls in the room were dirty and the smoke alarm battery door was hanging open didn’t have a battery inside. I would have gone to another hotel but I arrived late and was exhausted. The parking lot had garbage everywhere, the dumpster was open and there was a sketchy shed next to it. It looked like a homeless camp and I didn’t feel safe.
