Country Club Inn & Suites

Convenient to where we needed to be, and staff were friendly.

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom, which was needing updating. Tiles in the bathroom were dirty, and the flooring crackled when you walked on it. The price we paid we thought was good until we saw the room. Pics on their website don't depict what is there. Pics included in this rating are only a few of what we took.

They only give you one towel, even when you have two people in a room

This place was the dirtiest hotel I ever been to. Example: mildew all over the shower, the room smelled awful......I spilled alittle water on the floor...wiped it up with towel. And the towel was instantly filthy.....the breakfast bananas were good....towels were clean....sheets were clean...

The smell, the mildew,the dirty shower curtin, the greasy film on the bathroom door.the dirty floor....the location is an industrial park...no grass...no trees..no view...mostly spooky dirty...the breakfast was cereal was stale....

Honestly nothing

One of the lights on the wall would not turn on. There was an area on the side of the bed where it looked like someone spilled something and it was never cleaned (mopped). There was an orange stain on the bed sheets as well as hair. The staff was hostile, their listing on booking.com said check in was 12AM TO 12AM ( i have a screenshot) so we called ahead of time and asked if we can check in after 3 AM and they said yes. We checked in a little after 3 AM. The next day they called my phone yelling at me telling me I had to pay them $100 early check in fee, I told them no and they yelled more and hung up on me and deactivated my key card twice. We did not stay two nights and they would not let us cancel or refund us for the night we did not stay, so we ended up wasting $179.67 (that place is NOT worth that much) the Best Western in Fostoria, OH is amazing, it’s cheaper and 200 times nicer.

Supposed to be a deluxe room but it didn't even have a coffee maker, obviously very old place with limited improvements.. and they ask for a $20 cash deposit! The pillows were flat and there were only two towels, definitely a minimum of amenities.
