Almost too many to mention. This place is not geared towards westerners at all, and were unreponsive to many room concerns. The wifi in our room was initially non-existent, we had to jump through hoops to get them to give us another room. The better rooms they refused to rent us for our 1 month stay, saying we had to make a new booking and pay the full amount all over again. They forced us to pay at the end another 700,000 rupia for the use of the hot water dispenser tea in the communal area, for a tiny spot on a sheet, for an extra pillow as the ones provided were very thin, for use of their toaster in the communal kitchen, the list goes on and on. They just make up the charges on the spot, as their was nothing to indicate this in our initial renting. Despite requesting wi-fi when we booked, one of our rooms had no wi-fi, and they eventually moved us to a tiny little room. It was an upleasant experience trying to deal with them. When we were checking out, they were arguing with a local policeman and his family about similar things, charging him for extra toilet paper, etc.

スタッフの対応が丁寧。 ちょっとお出かけしたいときにもタクシーを呼んでくれる。 スタッフがフレンドリー。 客層は地元民を多いため、夜は少し騒がしい時がある。
