Very unique very clean

The property is in a very convenient location and easy to access. I like that you are in almost a mini apartment.

We had a major maintenance issue in our room on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. We had been out all day and evening doing Christmas activities with our families and got back to our room at 11pm on Christmas Eve after being out since 9am. Our room was flooded in multiple areas. The kitchen area was completely flooded and the one bathroom (there were 2 bathrooms in our room) had flooded as well. Basically sewage (or at least it smelt like it) had backed up into our room from the tub and sinks. It was wet in a good amount of the room and it smelt so bad! We called the emergency maintenance number that was given to us at check in and were not able to get through. We would get put on a hold (music would start playing) and then the call would drop. I continuously tried calling for about 20 minutes straight and this happened to every call. My husband ended up cleaning up a good portion of the mess and even tried plunging the sinks himself since we weren’t getting any help. We ended up calling it a night around 2am and just dealt with the stink. The next morning, I called the front desk and let them know what was going on. The employee actually came to our room to assess the situation and was also disgusted by the smell, etc. He got in touch with maintenance, who ended up having to snake the drains for quite awhile. We ended up getting moved to a new room around 12pm. This was nice, and definitely needed, but also quite inconvenient on Christmas Day.

People at the front desk were very pleasant to speak with. They were willing to accommodate an extra day of stay at the same rate if I decided to stay longer.

Overall, the room seemed clean; however, the bathroom floors could have used a vacuum, as there was hair on the floor. The bed shakes when I move, but I was glad I had my ear plugs.

Extremely shady work done. Handle falls off sink in bathroom. Wrong size curtains installed. Bath/shower tile grout sloppily done. Internal heater extremely loud that it wakes you up. Poor television channel selections with only right wing news available. To much furniture/wrong size. It's obvious it was remodeled to "look good" when you enter but staying for long you realize how shoddy it is put together. One positive was the bed until the heater kicked on.

Property manager was not real personable. I sensed the desk clerk felt the same. Check in took over an hour.

the staff helped me through a rough spell and were more than accommodating and friendly.
