The room was extremely dirty, full of hair and dust. When we tried to find linens for the pull-out sofa (which were missing), my sister found a sex toy in the closet. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The property told us to contact Booking, but Booking said the property was unresponsive. Very disappointing experience.

Nothing. The property is not well maintained and entrance doors lacked of security entrance and anyone could walk in the building

Poorly maintained. Rooms smelled and not well maintained. Doors were dirty. Poor maintened appliances.

Excellent property, offering mini-apartments fully equipped with everything you need. The residential village is very pleasant and surrounded by nature. It could have been an absolutely outstanding stay, but I faced serious difficulties with the checkin, which is only available until 8 PM. I believe my issues were due to the lack of availability of the staff member on duty that night, and I don’t want to penalize such a great property for what I hope was just an isolated incident. But please pay attention to the check-in hour if you're travelling, it can quickly turn into a real issue.
