This is a good value and the rooms were clean.

The property is old and it shows.

Everything. Tried to change booking. Hotel was rude and told me to contact booking.com and they told me to contact hotel.

Breakfast was good, a hot meal.

the room has a strong perfume fragrance to it. Our allergy to it made us feel sick, not healthy. The cleaner used in the room is a cheap fragrant type. The sink didn't have cold water, but was repaired in the morning by maintenance. The sink was also plugged up with the water drain very slow. switch plate for entry light was broken, front window frame was broken. Previous stay here in 2024 was fine, not fragrant smell, everything was fine. I think we deserve a partial refund if not all.

The location was good. Breakfast was decent. Front desk lady was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Two things. The front door lock looked very flimsy and we could see daylight around the door. Also, a ceiling light kept going off and on. We called the front desk and she said she would notify maintenance, but if maintenance didn’t show up to unscrew the light. Maintenance didn’t show up. The light was too high to reach although we did try. We finally figured out the switch was motion sensitive and covered it with the curtain which solved the problem after a few hours of trying to fix it.

We found two wonderful restaurants in town. We were central to national park. There are better hotels in town.

Our room smelt like an old bar room. It said it was a non smoking room. They lied.The carpet in our room was a disgrace. The breakfast was minimal, First and only time we will book with this hotel.
