It was surprisingly quiet

The hotel was the most run down I've ever stayed at. Ceiling tiles water stained, when I turned the shower on the water was dark brown and had to run for a good 10 minutes before it cleared. I only stayed 1 night and was charged 2. They wont refund my money. They guy at check out didnt know how to run the computer to give me a receipt. Every time i try to call and get a refund for the double charge i get the run around. Full of homeless and drug addicts. Lobby and enrty reeked of piss. Sheets were dirty. 1 towel and a dirty one at that. Ac barely worked.

There was nothing good. It was dirty.

They said there was a hottub in the room, that's why I booked it. Turns out, they lied. There is no hottub at all on the property.

There was no breakfast. Given the poor housekeeping and poor cleanliness at the facility, I would not have eaten any food there. I will never stay at this facility again.

I had to jury- rig the cable connection to the TV. It was not connected and the connector was missing. There was no remote for the television. There was one bath towel, no washcloth and no hand towel. There was no battery in the smoke detector. One half of the chain-like door lock was missing. There was no place to hang clothes and of course, no hangers. There were no screens in the window, and the window did not lock. Lightbulbs were missing from one lamp, from the room light and from the bathroom light. The room was dirty, the halls were dirty. One guest roomed was condemned because it was unfit for human habitation. I have stayed in the property before, and it was never this bad.

Oh my goodness, where to start? Dressers without drawers, missing drawer pulls, broken lights, no mirror by vanity, worn out mattress, smelled of pets, dog and non working people around all day, noisy people, quite the crop of weeds on the premises, all in all, I at least kept dry when it rained. The $50 price tag wasn't a real bargain after all.

We waited 20 minutes to get someone to check us in…then we get to our room only to find a bed bug on our pillow. Purely awful. Now we have to drive an additional 6 hours tonight because we don’t wanna want to contaminate another room, and then when we get home, we have to clean all of our belongings. Worst experience ever.

Cockroaches, and place full of druggies, hotel in disrepair, I do not recommend staying here avoid at all costs
