The staff tried

The room was dirty. The air conditioner had a horrible smell and needed to be drastically cleaned or replaced. The hallways smelled like smoke covered with Febreze. There was little food left at breakfast (with an hour left), and what was there was.mediocre. For example, the waffle mix had large unmixed lumps in it

"Room seemed small, just big enough for a queen sized bed."

Breakfast was satisfactory, but short on yogurt, only basic bread for toast.

Shattered window in door nearest my room when I got up! Broken glass all over the floor. I used different door to get to my car rather than pass through broken glass on floor.

Estuvo bien únicamente la ubicación, ya que queda cerca del aeropuerto, huele a húmedo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el baño pequeño

En fotos se ve bien, pero en físico no es como lo describen, esta lejos de la realidad
