Booked a suite but apparently didn't. Couldn't get a suite as they only have one and, what do you know, someone else had already just booked it by phone. They did switch us to a slightly bigger room, but it was DIRTY. Would NOT stay again.

after reading all the 10/10 reviews I guess I was expecting a bit more from this hotel.Its pretty run down and dated but the room was clean and service/check-in was good.Its located on a Very busy noisy corner.Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked.Rooms in Sioux Falls were quite pricy so for the 79$ we spent on our room I guess I’m ok with our stay here pretty average place but definitely not a 10/10

"To sum up or stay, I wish we wouldn’t of."

The only thing I could say positive about the property is the breakfast was OK.

Staff was rude. Coffee pot had no tray to put the coffee pot in, I went to the front desk waited for 10 minutes ringing the bell for somebody to show up when she did. She acted like it was no big deal. I asked her if she could get us a new coffee pot from one of the numerous empty rooms they had, but she would not finally after an hour and a half brought down the tray to put in the coffee pot and in the morning it didn’t fit. Room was dirty very small not comfortable at all. We do not recommend this hotel at all. Staff needs customer relations training.
